This vintage designed tea box is yet another treasure we have rescued, restored and reworked, one at a time, in our workshop from turn of the century engravings.

We were browsing in an antique shop in Boston and came across a dusty old wooden canister that had "TEA" elegantly engraved in it. I knew immediately I wanted to create a tea box that used the same engraving style...and here it is.

Our own classic tea boxes that will hold over 85-100 tea bags, neatly organized and ready for your tea-drinking pleasure!

Each box will engrave uniquely with the wood grain for a one-of-a-kind item.

This is heirloom quality piece is fashioned from premium American white alder and comes with eight removable compartments.



Dimensions:

8 compartment - 12 x 7 1/2 x 3 3/4 (Holds approx. 115 tea bags)
6 compartment - 9 1/4 x 7 1/2 x 3 3/4 (Holds approx. 85 tea bags)

If you choose the personalization option...contact us and we will discuss the details and will happily send you a proof for your approval. We can work in a name, inscription or perhaps any idea you have either into the design, inside the lid or on the bottom of the box.

*A Note About Our Wood* - These boxes are made from premium white American alder. They are not made from cheap pine or basswood as you will find elsewhere.

Each one is individually engraved in our workshop and finished with a natural blend of beeswax, carnauba wax and vegetable derived food-safe ingredients.

All the wood harvested for these boxes is verified legal and best of all, 100% sustainable – our suppliers grow 2.45 trees for every tree that is harvested or dies naturally.
