Comfy and stylish goth, skater, cyberpunk stretch velvet blouse. Features fine art painting “No More Angels” by my husband shops David Van Gough! Art appliqué is satin and the rest of the dress is constructed with black stretchy velvet polyester speckled with metallic silver. Blouse is accented with figure flattering vertical strips of stretchy fishnet fabric. Back of blouse has shirring style which gives extra stretch. This top will be altered to whichever size you choose on the sizing range. No extra charge for pre-shipment alteration. You're welcome to send specific measurements if you choose but they must be received within 48 hours after ordering so I have enough time to do the work and ship out in a timely fashion.
