These house portraits are the perfect idea. For years, I have made these and enjoy capturing memories in this format. They can be given for holiday and housewarming gifts or to keep to commemorate a family home. My mother has every house we've ever lived in framed in her entry foyer.

I have a very strong design background and have sketched and painted since I was in diapers. For over twenty years, I've been an architect so I have a special appreciation for architectural details, design and construction.

Process:
1.I just need a high quality picture of your home and address. If you don't have a photograph, I can try to extrapolate from a google street view. You can email the image via runlfdrun [!at] gmail.com. Also, let me know if there are particular features you would like accentuated, eliminated, or revised in the building or landscape.
2.Let me know what size you prefer. Typical sizes include 8.5 x 11 or 11 x 14, but I can create a custom size, just let me know. If you have a particular matt or frame size you want to use, let me know the inside clear dimensions.
3.I can add your family's name and address on the bottom to help commemorate a special place. It can be done in calligraphy or any font you prefer.
4.Drawn with archival black ink on professional, 100% acid free paper.
5.I can matte and frame the image with a black or wood frame for an additional $50.
6.The drawing will take 1-2 business weeks to complete. Let me know if you are in a hurry and depending on my schedule, I can try to rush it.
7.This will be carefully mailed with a foam core backing in bubble shops wrap to assure it arrives safely.
