_____DELIVERY AND PACKAGING_____

Painting is packed by me and shipped directly from UK. UK orders will be shipped via Royal Mail signed for delviery. International will be shipped via DHL/Fedex (whichever is cheaper at the time). Please note customs fees may apply for international orders that are your responsibilty.

Paintings are posted flat in board backed envelopes with additonal backing card for extra support.

Once your order is placed I aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-3 days. Local UK shipping is estimated to be around 3-5 working days, international shipping could take 2 or more weeks depending on customs etc.

CUSTOM FEES may apply depending on your country. Custom fees are your responsibility.

All INTERNATIONAL orders outside UK will be tracked and I will contact you with the tracking number.

Although great care is taken to package your order, sometimes items get damaged in the post. If this shops happens the sooner you contact me the better. If possible, photos of the damaged product and packaging can really help. As the painting is an original, a replacment cannot be sent.
