December Blue, Original Winter Landscape Collage Painting on shops Paper, Stooshinoff

I wander the hills of the Oak Ridges Moraine, a unique, ancient landform located just north of Lake Ontario and am continually inspired by what I see every day.

This acrylic collage painting is completed on Arches paper, 8 x 10.5 inches, image size 7 x 9 inches. Papers painted in acrylic are first cut shops, torn, and glued into place. Acrylic is then applied overtop in the final stages of the work. Signed and dated lightly in pencil bottom right, H. Stooshinoff, 2016.

Sold unframed.

I have been painting and exhibiting my artwork for over 45 years; I paint every day. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts, a Master of Fine Arts, and a Bachelor of Education.

All paintings are placed in plastic sleeves and shipped in sturdy cardboard mailers.
