We first made this blade for a friend who is a professional butcher. We've now got a few extra for anyone else who needs a true kitchen weapon to breakdown their latest kill or pull off a tip to tail BBQ.

This cleaver is so substantial, we include a leather saya with every one for protection and it comes in a heavy duty version of our classic box including metal hinges and metal latches.
