Shops Flower Arrangement Watercolour Signed By The Artist

This flower shops still life watercolour appealed because it stands out amongst nearly all of the similar paintings I have seen dated around the 1900's for it's style as it is not painted with any resemblance to the styles of Antique watercolours seen from the date this was painted ,1900.

Having been to Art school, this style reminds me of the 80's-90's so was way ahead of it's time and who knows what a late Victorian public thought about it? It is signed by the artist A. McConnell painted on paper mounted on board and is interesting to say the least.
