What a fantastic find! This gold filled locket has the shops rare large V for Victory design. In really great condition. We think it looks even better in person as it has a bright gold finish which results in a lot of reflections when photographing. Locks tight and hinge is working well. Inside of locket is purity marked with 1/20 12k GF. The front of the locket is high in engraved details with a really cool zig zag design around the V. The back of the locket has no design. We do not believe the chain is original but it is an older chain and it is purity marked with 1/20 14k GF. They look lovely together.

The history of victory sweetheart jewelry is endearing as it signifies hope in difficult times. This piece with the Capital V is particularly sought after.
