Bull Shark in Recycled shops Hardwood

Sightings of this man-eater in the Ohio River or in Montana are probably hoaxes, but this sometime fresh-water dweller has been found as far up the Mississippi River as Illinois, and as much as 2600 miles up the Amazon! The bull shark gives birth to its young in freshwater, which gives them some survivability advantage over other sharks. Found in warm, shallow waters worldwide, bull sharks will eat essentially anything.
My version of this stocky garbage can is carved from rescued hardwood, stained, painted with acrylics, and protected by clear spray. It measures about 10-3/4" long and 8-1/4" high by 4-1/2" wide at the pectoral fins. Mounted to a nice maple base, it is dated and initialed by myself.
shops The bull shark is a surprisingly attractive animal for something found in a river. Any fan of Earth tones and muscles would be delighted to have this in their home.
