Vintage (possibly Victorian) anchor brooch with C-clasp. It's beautifully made and detailed! It has small jewel-like details that look like rhinestones, but are part of the metal. It's a classic shape, but the black metal makes it stand out as a more unique brooch! I think it is silver, but it is not stamped. It's not magnetic.
