Circus Ringmaster Costume Tutu Set

This set includes top, tutu and detachable bustle. Hat is available in our accessory section here:

Our tutus have five layers and are extra thick (over 20 strands of tulle per inch at the waist). They are super sturdy and can be worn over and over again.
Skirt lengths go by age and are as follows:
Up to 12 M - 7 inches
18M -2T - 8 inches
3-4 Yrs - 10 inches
5-6 Yrs - 12 inches
7-8 Yrs - 14 inches
It will hit approximately at the knee. The skirt is a solid black.

The top is backless and a lace up style. It can be ordered with more coverage at the back for an extra $5. It is helpful if you can provide a measurement from above nipple line (an inch or two) to the hip. Top is made long to go UNDER the skirt to keep tummy from hanging out. Our skirts do sit a bit lower on the waist due to being tied on ribbon.
