Shops 11x15 Plein Air ORIGINAL Watercolor, Ripe Wheat Fields

This country landscape painting is an original watercolor on 140# acid free 11”x15” watercolor paper. It is a plein air painting of ripe wheat fields next to a ravine with trees in their dark summer greens. With a mat and frame, it would make a medium wall painting. The mat and frame are not included.

I had been admiring this scene and shops a plein air event gave me the excuse to make the painting. Of course, the field was harvested, and the scene gone a few days later.
