My toys were made to order. Not available. But I can replicate my work. Ask me when your toy is ready.

Suitable for dry cleaning only.
do not use the product in a car as it may be deformed.

Execution and delivery of works:

If you have a custom order, please send me a photo or drawing and describe exactly any shops suggestions you would like to apply to your work. You will then create a standalone ad.

All orders are executed only in priority order after payment.

The duration varies on average from 4 to 6 weeks, sometimes it can take longer. It depends on the:
1. Queue of orders.
2. Availability of materials.
3. The complexity of the work.

Delivery:


The products you see in the store are often not available, so they will take time to complete.
I am in Ukraine, delivery to your country takes an average of 4-8 weeks.

After sending, you get a room with a photo and a trace.

November-December, Christmas - delivery time is not guaranteed, it depends on international shipping. No recall or refund for late delivery.

For example, plush things are made. When used by children only under the supervision and responsibility of adults. Plushies may include small pieces and internal wiring to make them moveable.

Savinenplushtoy reserves the right to cancel the order and return the complete customer package without giving reasons at any stage of the execution.

If the package is damaged, please file a complaint while the package is being handed over to you. Don't let the postman leave you with a damaged package. Force the postal person to document the damaged shipment !!!
