Brilliant Antique Enamel shops and Brass Ornate Victorian Ink Blotter

This is a striking ink blotter likely dating from shops the late 1800's with a beautiful ornate dimensional design that has been hand painted with green enamel work. This blotter has a rich and eye catching quality. Measures 4.5 inches long, 2.75 inches deep and 1.25 inches high. There are no visible manufacturer markings.

Untouched and unpolished brass surfaces. Please review high resolution photos to assess condition. There is one small dent to the knob that has two little chips to the enamel. It's not very prominent or noticeable unless closely inspected. Otherwise, this is a great ornate Victorian blotter ready to be used or displayed.
