This was an exciting find for me! A rare find in this size is the grapevine basket pattern. This substantial majolica serving bowl is a beauty and great around the holidays. Great for holding fruit or as a table centerpiece, it's vintage but feels so current in it's design!

This majolica bowl was made by Bordallo Pinheiro, a Portuguese ceramic company, as indicated by the backstamp. It's a rare pattern with a basket border and grape leaf center. Made from earthenware, this bowl has a rich green color that looks beautiful from any angle.

C O N D I T I O N
This bowl is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. There is crazing present, consistent with age and the backstamp is faded. I do my very best to inspect each piece, note any imperfections I may see, and support my findings with listing photos.
