~*~ A wonderful authentic shops blue French chore coat or workwear jacket! ~ This jacket dates to the 1960s and is a lovely bright blue denim jacket. There is no lining on this coat so it is good for warmer weather too! ~*~ This coat has some stunning hand mends (see condition notes) that add a great character to the garment. This coat buttons down the front and has some great big pockets; three on the outside and one on the inside.~ ~ Unique , one of a kind always, these textiles become works of art with time and use . * ~Please view photographs of construction and condition using the zoom feature on the photographs! ~*~


MEASUREMENTS : This lovely textile measures approximately:

27 inches long

22 inch sleeves

15 inch shoulder ( measured straight across the back seam to seam )

36 inch chest

37 inch waist


CONDITION : This textile is in as found, not freshly laundered condition. As stated above, there are a few hand mends, one on the end of the right sleeve and one on the lower back of the jacket. They are sturdy and add a fun touch to the jacket! There is some fading on the collar and shoulders of the jacket. The buttonhole on the end of the right sleeve is fraying slightly but is still completely functional.
