Framed Print Finished size: approx 15" x 15" As in this painting's first version, the swirling, narcissistic world of lesbians in the water currents represent Klimt's nightmare of a universe determined exclusively by women. Gustav Klimt (1862-1918) was an Austrian painter who was interested in Symbolism and also a member of the Vienna Art Nouveau shops movement. He was painting mostly women bodies and his works were involving eroticism. His was also making sketches, murals and other art based objects. Many of the works he did were displayed in Vienna Secession gallery This item has a lot of love and has a few minor scratches. Please look at pictures to see.
