This lot includes a lot of used played with condition Peppa pig items shops. Fold and carry house in good condition. Peppas van with kayak- also in good condition. The big talking house makes sound that works fantastic! There are stickers that have been put on the inside of the house. It is missing the door hatch with ladder at the top floor. I'm not sure if the lamp works, it comes on from time to time. It will also come with several furniture items as pictured, the tree swing and and 10 different Peppa pig figures.
