Description

Product Name: Shops Yashica FX-103 Program with Yashica ML 50mm f/1.9 Lens

Yashica FX-103 Program with Yashica ML 50mm f/1.9 lens. The FX-103 Program is a companion piece to the Contax 159, built on the same chassis, just as the FX-D was to the Contax 139. It was one of the last Kyocera-made FXs. The 103 and the FX-D are my favorites of the line. The FX-3 and FX-7, were made by Cosina with lesser specifications. Good cameras but lacking autoexposure modes and soft release. Yashica bayonet and Contax/Zeiss lenes work with all the FX and FR Yashicas. Motor drives for the 159 and FX-103 are interchangeable . Yashica lenses are good, the Zeiss glass is exceptional.

Contact me if you would like to add another lens. I have Yashica 28mm, 135mm, 28-85mm, and 42-75mm lenses, also a Vivitar (Komine) 24mm f/2 and Vivitar Series 1 70-210mm, plus Tamron Adaptall Yashica shops mounts and a variety of Tamron zoom lenses.

Like so many Yashicas made during this period, the original skin had deteriorated to flaking mess. I replaced it with this red alligator grain because I like red. Call me crazy (my wife does).

Excellent condition, new light seals, mirror cushion, and batteries. Includes:

FX-103 body
ML 50mm lens
Yashica CS-203 dedicated flash
Instructions for camera, lens and flash
Front and rear lens caps, body cap
