AS IS Vintage 1920s shops Hand Painted Silk Aqua Dress

AS IS but absolutely wonderful vintage 1920s aqua green silk dress with Hand-Painted and bullion stitched flowers and butterflies across both front and back of skirt portion of garment. Darling scalloped hem.

Approximate Measurements of Garment (in inches):
Bust: 32", natural waist: 28 1/2", 30" across waist seam that sits at 16" from mid shoulder. Total length is 38"
Armcyes are 13 1/2" circumference.
Dress may appear bluer than it is in person. It's more pale duck egg green

Condition: fair vintage condition. This unique flapper dress has signs of thinning/weakening of fabric at shoulder, a small split at waist, tape residue on other shoulder, stains (the ones on the skirt have weakened or even caused holes in fabric). Faint colour migration haloing. A few teeny pinholes and stain freckles. Overall, though, I think it is such a special piece, ideal for display, study, repair, or refurbishment? shops
