The CheeseHarp™...An shops artful blend of form, function and elegance!

The CheeseHarp™ is an elegant and functional design that has been a long time in the making—Its inception was inspired when I received a wire-based cheese cutter that I liked, but lacked style and practicality. I shops wanted to provide a useful yet elegant solution that worked flawlessly and overcame the shortcomings of existing wire-based cheese cutters. Primarily, it had to look good, work well and be uncompromising in quality, made of only the finest materials. I chose Native American hardwoods, stainless steel and solid brass as the base materials. Additionally, the wires needed to be easily changeable and the CheeseHarp needed to be easy to clean with the option of being dishwasher safe.
