There is something warming and beautiful about walnut, especially walnut from the Ozarks in Southwest Missouri!! Beautiful end grain cutting board/butcher block that is hand made in my one man shop, with materials sourced right from this area!!

An end-grain cutting board has the benefits of being both attractive and easy on your knives. This cutting board construction creates a distinctive looking checkerboard pattern. An end-grain board also has a very fibrous cutting surface, so a knife's edge is likely to sink into the wood fibers while you are cutting.

Finished off with food grade safe mineral oils and beeswax combination, with chamfered edges and sanded extremely smooth to 400 grit, this board will shops be your go to kitchen product as well as a great conversation piece!!
