War time edition of Webster's Dictionary published in 1946, unabridged. Webster's New Twentieth Century Dictionary. Size is 10.75" x 8.25" x 5". There are 2006 pages of facts and black/white pictures, plus 376 pages of extra facts, populations, way of addressing royalty, medical words and terms, mispronounced words.

Dictionary is in good vintage condition for it's age. the paper is war time paper, it has turned brown and is fragile. The first few pages are very delicate, a few have folds and little rips. The spine is strong, when turning the pages the book feels strong and smells deliciously like an old library. The edges are really worn, no writing found on the pages and no bad smells. The outside of the book is worn on the edges, it also has what looks like paint that was put on then wiped off, mostly on the back, some on the front.
