Shipped in pot with USPS Priority Mail. We typically pack plants on Sunday night and ship Monday morning.

We guarantee live arrival under favorable shipping conditions! We ship when the weather is ideal in our zip code. If you are worried about heat or cold temperatures in your area, reach out. If the weather is fine and your plant doesn't survive shipping, please send us photos of it within 24 hours of arrival and we'll refund it. A dead plant is one that is completely rotted or desiccated from lack of moisture, not a few cracked or yellow leaves.
