Set of 4 Georges Briard BLACK ICICLE 12 Ounce Highball / Water Glasses - shops Textured - Signed - Fabulous Flared Shape - Some Condition Issues

Don't you love the look of these highball/tumbler/pilsner glasses? They have a flared design. The black icicles surround the middle portion of the glass. The lines are textured - see photos. Each glass is also signed, in the same textured black style.

There were many ICICLE patterns designed by Georges Briard. They came in a multitude of colors. But almost all of those had parallel lines that ran from the top to the bottom of the glass, and the glasses themselves had straight sides. I have only found one other photo of glassware like these - where the vertical lines are only on the center of a flared glass.

Each glass is just under 6 inches tall. Each glass holds about 12 ounces of liquid.

There are some condition issues. One one of the glasses, the black texturing shows a bit of paint loss - see photos for shops an exact picture of that area. All of the glasses have a bit of cloudiness. Please review all photos as they are part of the item description.

Clearly these are rare, but they are a bit cloudy. Price reflects scarcity as well as condition.
