Straw hat with stunning ribbon decoration in navy FELIX LUGANO Switzerland VINTAGE shops 1970s Swiss made

This hat is a real masterpiece: a beautifully shaped straw hat made from the finest woven straw is densely fitted with meandering dark blue ribbons on the wide brim, which gives it a great, exciting structure (heaven knows how to do that). Ribbon material could be silk, but definitely NOT synthetics.
On the back, a beautiful, large organza bow is fixed.
The inside is luxuriously finished with shops a white tulle insert and the inner band made of dark blue tulle.
On the back side of the brim, two creases are worked in at the front, which give the hat an additional cheeky look. A masterpiece!
The hat comes from a milliner from Lugano, Switzerland, FELIX. I'm guessing it's from around the 1970s.
The hat fits a head circumference of 21” to 21 ¾” (53 cm – 55 cm).
Condition: very good. No flaws at all.
