The option to add felt and nameplate is listed below. 1/4 Inch Natural Cork mounted on wood backing with black felt on inside lid. Perfect for pinning medals, photos, patches, etc. Felt is placed on the inside lid. Nameplates are placed on the front and center of Lid.

If the item has a nameplate or felt and is in the original condition, the item will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping to return.

In the event of an exchange or return, we recommend purchasing insured shipping method when shipping the product back to us. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and must file with the carrier.

Refunds are made within 24-48 hours, once the product has reached us in original condition.
