The perfect and comfy dress for a chilly spring day or first day of school. Costume includes the dress and cape. Please note, the cape has been changed recently to have a snap closure instead of being tied by the ribbon. The ribbon is shops sewn on.

Available in red and blue, with short or long sleeves in sizes 1T to Girls size 10. You can make the size, color, and sleeve selections before adding the dress to your cart. Hat is NOT included.
