Shops Steampunk Mini Top Hat with Gear/ Cog -Shaped Brim

We love this little hat so much, we call it "the Mini Top Hat of Wonderment." K and M worked together to hand-make this little hat from scratch, using polyurethane that is flocked to form a checkerboard pattern to cover the stiff buckram frame. The crown of the hat is cylindrical, and the brim is shaped like a cog or gear. Included with the hat are a removable ribbon hat band with a vintage brass filigree and a shops vintage Czech glass button as embellishment. An additional, independently removable peacock feather plume is also included. The crown of the hat is 2.75" tall, and the peacock plume adds four (4) more inches in height. The brim of the hat is 8.25" in diameter. The embellishment on the ribbon hat band is 2.75" wide by 2.25" tall. The bottom of the hat has two elasticized loops for use in fastening the hat to clips or to a headband.
