80s Vintage BILL TICE Set Art shops Deco beaded BLACK 2-pc Lounge

Gorgeous 1980s vintage two-piece kaftan & pants set. Swishy and breezy black pants with elastic waistband. Top is a big and oversized black v-neck kaftan with bright pink and purple trim, Art Deco style details, and shiny black seed beading. This set is in great vintage condition. A few minor snags are present.
