Art Deco inspired classic Mid Century Modern style makes this necklace timeless. The black bakelite beads are spaced between small gold/brass beads, giving a classic dramatic color combination. Simichrome tested, the bakelite beads are curved on top, but are flat on the bottom, giving depth to the piece The necklace measures 16.5 inches in length and has a hook closure around a scroll decorated larger brass bead. Each bakelite bead measures 7/8 inches long by 7/16 inches wide. Very close examination shows minor scratches to some of the bakelite from previous use, and the 4th picture shows a small bit of sticker residue that was missed before photos were taken.
