MY ARTIST STATEMENT—painting is a daily exercise for me, as I continue to discover ways to express myself through art. As an assemblage artist, exploring this medium opens up a different portal, so shops to speak. Different textures, colors, shapes, and even sounds, emerge with each new piece. My goal is to create work that represents how I see the world around me, and at the same time, work that others can bring into their own surroundings and attach to it their own interpretation.
