Awesome general store paper roll holder and cutter. It is on a large wood base, and
measures 29x18x13. It was super dirty when I found it and probably some dirt I cannot
get to without taking it apart. Overall condition is great, but these is one place, shown
in pics, that could be welded, but it does not affect it at all. It need the wood dowel
to hold the paper. If you have a business that it would compliment, I don't think
you'd regret it.
