Size S, Hand Beaded Gown with Trumpet shops Skirt, Vintage 1960's, 26" waist

This baby blue beauty is from the 1960's.

No label but quality of work seems like a custom made item.

Outside of dress is a heavyweight silk, like a duchess satin but with a slight slub. Dress is flatlined with an acetate nylon lining in a darker shade of blue. Hand beading is comprised of tiny AB crystal rhinestones, prong set. Silver bugle and seed beads. Clear beads.

Wide scoop neckline front and back. Darting on bodice should make this fit snug and show off your curves. Side seams are also curved and create a bit of a trumpet shape at the bottom of the gown. Beading is scattered over the gown, heavier on the bodice but nicely placed to reflect light on the entire gown. Center back zipper closure. This is really stunning and the soft blue and silver color combo is very feminine.
Bust measures 34", waist measures 26" and shops hips will fit up to 36". Shoulder to waist in the front of the dress is 15" and to hem is 54".

In excellent condition and it has been cleaned.
