You are shops looking at a working PlayStation 3 that boots up and runs programs/menu/connects online fine, but the disk drive is damaged internally. My kid shoved 3 dvds into it a couple years back and it now will load a disk (when you shove it about halfway in), but it won't play it and eject function is hit and miss. Perhaps it could be fixed as nothing appears damaged inside, but it likely needs a new disk drive. Fine now if you plan on hacking it and playing ISOs. I have removed the top shell and have thoroughly cleaned/dusted inside today, so the drive swap will be all it needs. Does not include a power cable, hdmi, or any controllers, but you may already have a power cable laying around in your house and not realize it, as it's very common across many devices.
