shops Lotus reclaimed wood from Colorado was going to the land fill when I saved it for this unique bowl. The beauty of Lotus wood can be found in the swirling grain and knots. I filled in the cracks and missing wood areas with a red pearl resin. The light brown wood highlights the darker brown found in the knots and old under bark. Red pearl resin just seems to make this lovely bowl pop and call for your attention. Lotus is a very hard wood. This bowl is very durable and has a 3/8" wall. The waxed finish is very smooth but has a natural feel. The bowl has so much character you will continually look at all the features nature gave to this outstanding one-of-a-kind bowl. It measures 5 1/2" tall, 7 1/2" wide and weighs 1 pound and 14 ounces. I will ship it free in 1-3 business days.
