All products you ordered from us can be canceled within 24 hours with free of charge, but orders canceled after that are subject to a handling fee equaling 50% of the item price. please send your order cancellations via email rather than social private chat.

Most items are made shops to order and made from scratch, the process takes 4-6 weeks before delivery. Processing/Making time may vary depending upon each individual item. 4 Weeks Deadline = 25% Extra Charge
3 Weeks Deadline = 50% Extra Charge
2 Weeks Deadline = 75% Extra Charge
1 Weeks Deadline = 100% Extra Charge
