▶  DESCRIPTION:
23.5cm (9.5") diameter flat copper couvercle (saucepan lid) with an iron handle.

It is made from 1mm gauge copper with a cast iron handle firmly fixed to the lid with copper rivets. The inside is tin-plated to prevent acidic foods from reacting with the copper.
