Pair of cast clear glass BOOKENDS -
tall capped mustachioed gents with a star front and center. Policemen or Keystone Cops. Original identifying stamps ...4039 U.S.A.... the catalogue number. Possibly from the 1977 ICE FLOW line. Designed by Don Shepard manufactured by BLENKO for RUBEL.

Measuring approximately 7 3/4” x 3” x 2”.
In a shops pebbled finish with an artistic cartoonish 2-D profile.

In good vintage condition. As found.
The caps edge on one when held at the right angle shows an internal fissure. You can feel lines or roughness with your nail. ( please see photos and feel free to ask for additional.)
This may have occurred during manufacturing. No dings apparent.

Unseen when in use or displayed and I've taken this into consideration when pricing.

Nice rarely seen collectible glass for Blenko lovers. Perfect and unique gift for those with a policeman in the family.
