'Old West' Money Clip

The colorful, mossy patterned stone featured on this money clip is Rio Puerco agate, sourced from the high desert of New Mexico! The rich colors of deep red, golden yellow ochre combined with the contrasting baby blue is very handsome! This stone is completely natural with no dyes whatsoever, has nice depth, and is hand cut by me. I set the cabochon stone using solid .999 fine silver serrated bezel wire onto solid .925 sterling silver bottom plate. The decorative twist/ rope wire is constructed from solid .925 sterling silver. The main body/ frame of the money clip is hand formed from heavy gauge nickel (AKA German silver) with an attractive paisley shops pattern reminiscent of western print paisley bandanas. The metalwork has been given a brushed satin finish and an antiqued black patina. Much love and time went into this creation from scratch using raw materials.
