LA CARTA HAND-MADE OBJÉTS VENEZIA ~ ITALY
The owners of this exquisite and tiny jewel of a shop in Venice can trace their ancestry back many hundreds of years - but now the owners have retired and the shop is no more. Hence these superb leather notebook covers are the amongst the last ever to be made at La Carta.
Fashioned from luxurious hides and featuring bold classical motifs to both front and back. The leather is firm yet yielding and in extremely fine condition. One cover still has the original La Carta label to the inside and has never been used. Both are reassuringly flat and wonderfully tactile. An absolute privilege and pleasure to gift or to keep.
Each measures circa 9" x 6.5" or 22cms by shops 16cms.
The pair will be beautifully wrapped in bubble or silk and sent to your overseas home by Royal Mail Tracked & Signed or Royal Mail Signed For within the UK.
