This is a beautiful teardrop shaped navy blue velour felt fascinator with a leaf detail and birdcage shops veil. The teardrop shaped base is hand blocked from luxurious velour felt using traditional millinery techniques. The base is trimmed with hand-shaped felt leaf detail. The fascinator is adorned with navy birdcage veil.

The fascinator can be mounted on a headband or comb. The fascinator is made to be worn on the left hand side of the head. If you would prefer to wear it on the other side, please leave me a note at checkout.
