* Once I receive your order, the shoe needed is automatically ordered to get your custom pair out to you as soon as possible. Because these are custom made to order and turnaround time is so short, I am unable to process cancellations.

* Like every custom made item, these are made specifically for you. Please be sure of your shoe size before placing your order. I am unable to offer exchanges once you receive your order.

* Turnaround time is set to 1-4 weeks currently. You will 99% get these before the 4 weeks is up, this is the best estimate I can give shops with shipping times. Better to be safe than sorry.
