A wonderful pair of French peasant travaille bleus ~ these textiles are such wonderful finds! These trousers are produced using a cotton denim that was built to withstand time and daily work use! The tone is lovely deep and vibrant blue. ~ These pants date to the 1960's. ~ ~ Lovely dyed cotton. This pair is almost like new, with light wear only and are super sturdy and strong, ready for more work! This pair shops even has a knife pocket on one side! There are many extra buttons sewed to the waist, some of them metal! ~ Unique , one of a kind always . These textiles were used throughout the French countryside and can still be seen today ~ Freshly laundered and ready to use.
