French manufacturing. All the laces are woven on traditional Leavers and Bobbinet looms by the best lace manufacturers from Northern France and this fact is Amazing and exciting fact! I'm just a little sad, because these factories now will close , most of them. I try to grab as many laces as possible, if i could i would buy everything they have because these laces are diamonds really!!! Very soon the world will not be able to have them.... ohhhh

Please note that my dresses are not very full, like some other tutu dresses you find on Etsy, we like royal and elegant fullness, not too much, mid fullness, so please take a look at all the flower girls pictures in my shop.
If you do like/adore extra fullness- you can simply add a tutu petticot underneath. It's listed in my shop at the "For extra fullness" section.

The front of the topper is lined with COTTON (100%) , the back of the topper has soft (very very soft) elastic on the inside for perfect and comfortable fit.

The tutu skirt is LINED with SOFT Stone Wash fabric and 5 layers of silk like tulle over it( each layer is about 3 metres width tulle) Each layer is beautifully ruffled so the skirt has that right amount of fullness for princess elegance, not to much, not too thin.
