This stunning vintage retro dress does not have tags, but it is in excellent condition and you will get compliments anywhere you go in it. It has shops incredible lines that make a beautiful silhouette. It's certainly a rare and one of a kind piece. The waist measurements are in the photos and the bust can stretch to 38". Hidden back zipper. This dress is in excellent vintage condition, but there is no category between new without tags and good. Therefore I have rated it as good. It shows no use.
