Each thermos is made with FDA compliant Epoxy, leaving a glass like finished product.
Being hand made means there are never two thermos alike. Variations in color and small imperfections may occur.

Color may look slightly different from one monitor to another.

These cups have a 3-4 week turn around due to the time it takes to make and curing process.

GENTLY HAND WASH ONLY - DO NOT MICROWAVE - DO NOT EXPOSE TO FLAMES, FREEZER OR LEAVE IN YOUR CAR.
DO NOT DROP - Epoxy can chip or crack.

Via USPS Priority mail or First Class depending on the size of the Package. Please allow 3-5 business day for shipping once the cup is ready to ship.

*RETURN POLICY*

All item are hand made and customized.
Orders have a 24 hr cancellation policy, once I begin working on your order (within 24 hrs after order shops has been placed) it is NOT POSSIBLE to cancel the order.
In case the item arrives damaged, the item needs to be sent back to me to be fixed, shipping must be paid by buyer.
