OUR PROCESS:

We will ask you for any customizations that you may require on your article (All elements of our shoes are customizable). Should you just want an article that looks shops like it is in the pictures, then please go ahead and place your order. Our team will keep you updated throughout the production process.

• All items are custom made to order. After receiving your order our craftsmen build your product from scratch in about 5-10 days. After a thorough quality check we ship the product directly from our production unit to your doorstep!

• ONCE YOU PLACE THE ORDER, You can expect it to be delivered between 7-14 days.

AFTER-SALE SERVICE:

Although it is almost impossible that you receive a damaged product from us due to our thorough and tough quality check but in the very rare change that you do, we will provide a free replacement or full/partial refund after investigating the situation.

If there are any sizing issues, we work closely with our customers to ensure that the problem is resolved. We may even send a free pair of shoes to avoid any inconvenience to you!
