All accent stones can shops be replace with either clear cubic zirconia (has much more brightness or sparkle). IF YOU WISH TO CHANGE THE ACCENT STONES, please leave a "Note to Seller" during checkout explaining you want cubic zirconia for accent stones instead of what is used in this listing. This is the best way I know how to do this until I change all of the listings. If you do not leave a note to me when you purchase, I will assume you want the lab white sapphires.
