HISTORY:
Scovill bought Conmar Products, Corp. Preponderance of online details seem to identify June 16, 1965 as the actual date when the acquisition occurred. Unknown exactly how long it took for inventory to turn over completely to the Scovill branding. In the late 1990s, IDEAL Fastener Corporation acquired the Conmar brand, currently "producing historic and vintage zippers". Those, and "Reproduction/Repro-Zippers" have recently flooded the market (THAT'S "ABSOLUTELY-NOT" WHAT WE ARE SELLING).

Our listed zippers are New-Very Old Stock Inventory. Therefore, they May Be Imperfect; due to age and/or method of storage, environment or manufacturer's defect. With that said: Each of these zippers are in immaculate condition, and appear to function properly; as we have successfully tried each of them by opening/separating, and assembling/closing, prior to listing the quantities available.
